Winter Town-Hall

After serving as President Alejandra and Director of Human Resources Bianca since August 2023, we are excited to announce that we will be stepping down from our roles and passing the torch to a new group of leaders.

Reflecting on this journey, we are incredibly proud of the growth, learning, challenges, and the strong sense of community we've built together. Our time in these roles has taught us invaluable lessons about leadership, perseverance, and collaboration. We are grateful for the opportunity to have led, and we have no doubt the next set of leaders will continue to shape the organization with the same dedication and passion, but hopefully with a smoother path ahead. 

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every professional who supported us along the way—whether through your time, mentorship, event participation, or behind-the-scenes contributions. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in our success, and we deeply appreciate the patience and kindness you've shown, especially as we've navigated this experience.
