During our visit, we had the unique opportunity to meet with several key members of the Shangri-La team, including the General Manager, the Marketing Director, the HR Director, the Room Director, and the Banquet Manager. Each shared their expertise and insights, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s operations and commitment to excellence.
